  11.   This is the user AND developer archive for the preferences.library which was
  12.  developed along with Scalos. It provides developers an easy way to store and
  13.  access the preferences of their programs, and possibly reduced memory usage
  14.  for users since the data sets can be shared in memory between applications.

  16.   Unfortunately we do not currently have any E includes or examples - if you
  17.  are able to write some then please contact us at the address below.

  23.   Whether you only want the user files (basically just the library file) or
  24.  the full developer files, double click on the Install icon and follow the
  25.  simple instructions. The installer will do all appropriate version checking.

  42.  library is included in this archive. No processor specific versions have been
  43.  made yet, but they're unlikely to improve performance by much.
